History of Anita's Fosters Shelter

This Shelter was established September 9, 2009 as a Foster Home for abandoned legacy animals from GoPokey days. At that time, FooPets was a free website and members were allowed to take care of abandoned animals without needing to be on the friends list of the abandoned account. In April 2011 I was able to rescue and officially shelter 100 of those abandoned legacy pets in two of my accounts: FosterShelter 1 and FosterShelter 2. By that time, many rules had changed and members needed to be on the friends list of an account to be able to take care of the pets in that account. So, many FooPets Members then became official Friends of the Fosters in my two Shelter accounts. That was just in time, because soon afterwards, FooPets became a paid website and non paid accounts like my Fosters Shelters got frozen... that means, that I cannot login those accounts to accept new friend requests, unless I pay real money first... The fosters however, are very lucky to have many great friends already, their Foster Parents, who take great care of them! And I am very sorry, that new Members cannot become friends.... Anyway, I hope that new Members enjoy my graphics and Awards, as I created them for ALL FooPets Members:)
