Grilled chicken filet with french fries and tomato-salad

Ingredients

For 4 persons
Nutrition: 420 kcal pp

If your BMI is over 30, you are allowed to eat half a portion extra, to prevent you from getting hungry again soon.

  • 4 chicken filets of 100 gr each
  • 400 gr frozen french fries
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 50 gr sliced black olives

Make sure you have the following dried herbs and other ingredients: olive oil, mustard, ginger juice or honey, pesto rosso, white wine, garlic powder, basilicum, rosemary, thyme, oregano, pepper, salt.

Make a marinade of a bit of white wine (25 cc), 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon ginger juice or honey, some salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon basilicum, 1 teaspoon rosemary and 1 teaspoon thyme. Rub the chicken filets with the marinade.

Put the frozen french fries in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees Celsius. It will take about half an hour before they are done. Turn them now and then.

In the mean time, cut the tomatoes in pieces and put them in a dish. Cut the onions in very small pieces and add them to the tomatoes. Add the sliced olives. Stir everything together. Make a dressing of 1 teaspoon pesto rosso, 1 teaspoon mustard, 2 teaspoons oregano and a bit of white wine (25 cc). Pour the dressing on the tomato-salad.

Put the chicken filets under the grill or on the barbeque for about 15 minutes, turn them after 7 minutes.

Now the french fries are done, sprinkle some salt over them.

Serve the chicken filets with the french fries and the tomato-salad.
