Beef with apples

Ingredients

For 2 persons
If you have a BMI above 30, you can take 1.5 portion to prevent you from getting hungry too soon.

  • 250 g beef
  • 2 apples
  • 4 mini potatoe croquettes

Make sure that you have the following additional ingredients: garlic powder, meat seasoning, cloves, Italian herbs, butter, pepper, salt, ginger, cinnamon.

Fill a mug half with water. Add some garlic powder, meat seasoning, cloves, Italian herbs, pepper, salt and ginger. Stir the marinade. Heat 2 pinches of butter in a frying pan, add the marinade and let it warm. Add the beef, add another mug of water, put the lid on the pan and stew the beef on low heat in 3 hours well done, adding now and then a bit of water. In the mean time, peel the apples and cut them in 4 pieces. Cook them with some water and cinnamon. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake the mini potato croquettes without adding any oil! Serve on plates the beef with the warm apples and the mini potatoe croquettes.
