Make sure that you have the following additional ingredients: olive oil, salt.
Boil the mini potatoes in water until they are well done, pour off the water. In the mean time, cook the sauerkraut. Wash
the blueberries. Preheat 3 teaspoons of olive oil in a frying pan, put the mini potatoes in the pan, sprinkle some salt on
them and bake the potatoes. In the mean time, preheat the oven at 160 degrees Celsius, roll the ham slices and bake them
a bit in the oven. Serve the sauerkraut with the blueberries and the ham rolls on top and put the baked potatoes next
to them.
